Doctor Claudius, a therapeutic amaro without pharmacy rhetoric

Doctor Claudius recovers the slow gesture of the after-dinner amaro — the low-glass kind, not the influencer kind. Dark roots, dried citrus and once again the sea as a savoury frame.

«Therapeutic» in the name evokes the nineteenth-century workshop, but here we sell no miracles: we sell measure. Every sip is meant for those who already love Italian amari and want a recognisable marine signature.

The Doctor is the densest of the line in alcohol and persistence: serve it with authorial restraint — as you would serve a long chapter of Crawford.

«A deep amaro: roots, dried citrus, a sea that sustains.»
